Young English cricketers who are not getting a game at their county should come to New Road, said Steve Rhodes.

Worcestershire's director of cricket has once again hit out at the use of Kolpak players, after more overseas stars signed for English teams.

"You've got all sorts of players turning up, we only have one overseas player and want to develop our talent.

"Any young players not getting a game, come to Worcester, because we will play young English guys," he said.

Worcestershire go to Northants on Wednesday for their third match in the Championship.

There will be full ball by ball commentary on BBC Hereford and Worcester on 738am and online at bbc.co.uk/herefordandworcester.
