Earlier Voges and Bilal Shafayat, who hit 32, had shared a 50-run fourth wicket stand as Notts recovered from the loss of two early wickets.

Adams and Patel were back in the pavilion with just 15 on the board but Voges and Shafayat turned things round.

However their team-mates failed to follow their example and the innings petered out.
